Zegan Doyle (they/them) is a writer, director, and film programmer. They are the lead programmer for the Film Independent Artist Development Showcase and a 2025 Project Involve Fellow. Zegan is also an Associate Programmer for 2025-2026 SXSW. They serve on the advisory board of CIACLA (Contemporary Irish Arts Center Los Angeles) which runs the Irish Film Festival. Zegan has contributed to programming at AFI FEST, Mill Valley Film Festival, Mountainfilm, Outfest, and Rooftop Films. They have served on the juror for Nashville Film Festival and Mosaic International South Asian Film Festival. Additionally, Zegan programmed the weekly film series Cabaret Cinema at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York. They are an alumnus of the Storytelling Institute in Cannes with the Cannes Film Festival, the City of Cannes, and Canal+. Zegan earned a Master of Arts in Screenwriting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
